FranFran joined the Racine Community Foundation in 2000.

Fran spent nearly 20 years in manufacturing settings before moving into the non-profit world. She brings a breadth of knowledge from her years as an industrial engineering secretary, accounting assistant, quality control assistant, and marketing assistant.

“I take the greatest pride in knowing that the Racine Community Foundation is making a difference in Racine County,” Fran said. “There are so many lives that have been touched through the programs that the Foundation has helped support. Hearing the many stories of how these programs make a difference in so many peoples' lives is most rewarding.”

Fran is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Racine and hopes to continue that community service by joining an area non-profit board. She is currently attending Concordia University and plans to graduate in 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management.

Olga Gasparova, Administrative Assistant
ogasparova@racinecf.org

Olga joined the Racine Community Foundation early in 2008 and has become an integral part of the work of the Foundation.

Prior to coming to the Foundation, Olga spent 27 years as a personal banker at North Shore Bank. In that position she handled loans, IRAs, annuities, and other banking responsibilities.

“Before coming to the Foundation I wasn't familiar with the organization and wasn't aware of the many ways it benefited so many people in Racine County," said Olga. "I think the best part of my job is seeing the generosity of all the wonderful people that contribute to the funds that help to support the organizations who, in turn, help so many people in our community. I also feel very fortunate to be in contact with so many caring and giving people who volunteer their time and effort to support the important work of the Racine Community Foundation. Working in this kind of atmosphere certainly encourages the best to come out in a person. I can definitely say that I'm very pleased to be working here and being a small part of the good work that is accomplished here.”
